Chloe Mansfield is a Community Relations Analyst at Gibson Energy, a midstream oil infrastructure company. In her role, Chloe spearheads Gibson’s community investment and employee giving programs, facilitating meaningful ways for Gibson and its employees to engage with causes that they are passionate about.
Seeking and building strategic partnerships where Gibson can have a positive impact on the community, while also contributing to the betterment of society, is Chloe’s passion. She is driven to ensure that community-facing actions resonate with all stakeholders and align with Gibson’s corporate values.
Chloe was instrumental to Gibson’s tremendous success with their employee giving program in 2020, which included the launch of a multi-year partnership with Trellis focusing on Gibson’s signature cause of mental health, winning the Calgary Chamber ATB Community Impact Award, opening the TSX with Movember as the winner of the Oil Rig Rumble, and increasing overall participation in Gibson’s employee giving program to 89% of current employees.
